Standard Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same working day and arrive in 3 to 5 working days.
Express Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same working day and arrive in 1 to 2 working days.
Free Delivery
Orders qualifying for free delivery placed before 2pm will be dispatched same working day and arrive in 3 to 5 working days.
Cancel Order
As long as your item hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll be happy to cancel your order and issue you a refund. Unfortunately, for made-to-measure items, once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel the order
Change of Mind
Unwanted orders are returned at your own cost and our delivery charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and a refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the item, as long as it is in a saleable condition – this means that all original tags must be attached with the packaging intact.
Faulty Items
In the unfortunate case that your item arrives to you faulty or damaged, get in touch with us within 30 days at hello@elewa.co.uk with some images and a description of the issue. We will email you a returns label and a full refund will be issued to you within 14 days of us receiving the item.
