What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by going into my account > orders.
Can I change my order?
You can make changes to your order before it has been dispatched. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day. Please send an email to hello@elewa.co.uk to make changes to your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment through debit/credit cards. These payments will be taken via PayPal or Stripe.
Which currency will I be charged in?
All products are priced in GBP.

Where do you ship?

How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please visit the Delivery & Returns page for more information.
Do you offer fast shipping?
We offer an express service for delivery within 1 to 2 business days. Please visit the Delivery & Returns page for more information.
How can I track my package?
All orders will be sent via tracked delivery and a link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please follow the link to track the status of your order. You can also track your package from your orders page.
